Customer Charter

All companies claim to put the customer first. But at Riverside Home Ownership we back this claim up with a Customer Charter so you can measure how well we really do serve your needs. Our Charter explains all aspects of the service we provide to leaseholders. It explains our responsibilities and duties. It gives you the information you need for all your dealings with us.
