Sometimes know as shared ownership, this option means customers can buy a share of a new home from us, or from an existing shared owner. We hold the remaining share and the customer pays us a subsidised rent and service charge.

Some of our developments are available at a subsidised rent, with the option to buy a share in the property later. Up to 20% off the rent helps customers save towards a deposit.

Leasehold management
We also provide management services to properties for 100% leaseholders. Purchasers of these homes do not need to fill in an application, however there are certain legal requirements that must be met during the sales process in order for us to grant consent to the transfer.
